  • 3-Way Perennial Rye: Excellent color, density, and wear tolerance, ryegrass is ideal for renovating poor turf areas.

  • Sun & Shade: Produces a thick green lawn under both sunny and shady conditions. Tolerates heavy use and quickly recovers from damage.

  • Tall Fescue: Attractive, deep green & uniform turf. Frequently the species of choice for sod production, sports turf, and residential lawns. Tall Fescue offers greater heat tolerance than other cool-season grasses and greater cold tolerance than warm-season options, contributing to beautiful year-round lawns in this challenging area.
