1/4” angular basalt rock with fines and is dark gray in color. It is mined from quarries in the Willamette Valley. Very durable and tight compacting rock, ideal for walkways and parking areas. It can also be used as a base for setting flagstone or pavers.

1/4” angular basalt rock with fines and is dark gray in color. It is mined from quarries in the Willamette Valley. Very durable and tight compacting rock, ideal for walkways and parking areas. It can also be used as a base for setting flagstone or pavers.

Tip: Due to the high compaction rate, 1/4″ minus quarry will not drain quite as well as 3/4″ minus quarry.
