Retail Sales Associate
Job Summary:
Assist customers in choosing the best products and services for their needs and projects, in person and on the phone. Help load materials safely and efficiently (training available). Oversee correct product storage and cleanliness in the yard. The successful candidate must possess excellent people skills along with prior experience in customer service. Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend positions available.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Excellent proven customer service skills.
– Must possess professional communication skills
– Detailed oriented, familiar with point of sale transactions
– Cash handling with strong math skills.
– Problem solver working independently to resolve issues & take appropriate action.
– Ability to maintain a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.

– Driver’s license w/ clean record preferred but not required

Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver
Job Summary:
Delivery Driver for delivering landscape materials in the Salem/Keizer and surrounding areas.
A CDL license is NOT required for this position.
Must be able to manage time well, enjoy a busy environment, and be customer-focused.
CDL training program offered

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiar with Salem and surrounding areas, ability to read map/guide.
Great customer service skills and enjoy working with people.
Ability to communicate and work with fellow employees, keep emotions under control.
Full-time and part-time positions available. Saturday availability preferred.

Physical requirements:
Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
Be able to reach overhead.
Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks.

Blower Truck Operator
Job Summary:
Full-time Blower Truck Operator to lead a small crew delivering and installing organic materials such as bark, compost, and soils to residential and commercial customers. This position requires an individual who has an excellent driving record, good team leadership skills including communication and excellent customer service. Will exercise optimal maneuverability on-site in a blower truck. The driver will follow all safety and driving requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Will drive, maneuver and operate a bark blower truck to deliver and install organic materials such as bark, compost, and soils. Occasional use of various hand and power tools, forklift, and loaders. Will be team lead for a small crew. Will answer customer questions and provide customer service. Must have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body. Be able to reach overhead; able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks. Be able to lift 25 lbs of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must possess a Class A or B Commercial Drivers License, (CDL)
Three years of experience and a clean driving record
Able to communicate well with co-workers and customers
Valid Medical Card
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiar with Salem and surrounding areas & ability to read a map or guide
Must be hardworking and self-motivated
Prior supervision skills a plus
Able to pass all pre-employment screenings

Semi Truck Operator w/ CDL-A or B
Job Summary:
Semi Truck Driver for deliveries in the Salem/Keizer and surrounding areas.
Must be able to manage time well, enjoy a busy environment, and be customer focused.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Will drive, maneuver, and operate the following:
– Full-size dump trucks
– Blower trucks
– Conveyor trucks
– Picking up and delivering organic materials (bark, compost, and soils) and rock products. Occasional use of various hand and power tools, forklift, and loaders.
– Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must possess a Class A or B Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
Three years’ experience and a clean driving record
Able to communicate well with co-workers and customers
Valid Medical Card
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiar with Salem and surrounding areas & ability to read a map or guide
Must be hardworking and self-motivated
Able to pass all pre-employment screenings

Job Summary:
Semi Truck Driver for deliveries in the Salem/Keizer and surrounding areas.

– Truck and transfer
– Semi w/ Trinity trailer

Must possess a Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
Three years’ experience and a clean driving record
Able to communicate well with co-workers and customers

Job Summary:
Must be able to accurately and safely load customer and company trucks with correct product using various loaders & perform regular daily maintenance on different sized loaders, as well as completing other assigned tasks throughout the workday. Preference will be given to applicants with prior loader experience.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Good communication skills.

Landscape General Laborer
Job Summary:
Duties will include working in a retail landscape supply yard helping customers load and unload materials, helping to keep the yard clean, processing firewood, using various hand and power tools, forklifts, and front-end loaders. We are looking for hard working, team oriented people to join our growing company. We’ll help train you for new skills, including loader operation, so it’s a great chance to grow with us!
