Requirements:
Excellent proven customer service skills.
Must possess professional communication skills
Detailed oriented, familiar with point of sale transactions
Cash handling with strong math skills.
Problem solver working independently to resolve issues & take appropriate action.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
Able to work weekends and in inclement weather.
Both full time and part time positions available.

Yard duties:
Assist customers in choosing the best products for their needs and projects.
Ability to operate yard equipment to load/unload materials safely and efficiently.
Oversee correct product storage and cleanliness in yard.

Successful candidates will be screened for the following:
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
Pass criminal background check.

Blower Truck Crew

Job Summary
Duties will include working as part of a small team, delivering and installing organic materials such as bark, compost, and soils to residential and commercial customers. Occasional use of various hand and power tools, forklifts, loaders. We are looking for hard working, team oriented people to join our growing company. We’ll help train you for new skills, so it’s a great chance to grow with us! This position typically has overtime and weekend work.

Requirements
Stay on task and understand written and verbal instructions. Great customer service skills and enjoy working with people. Ability to communicate and work with fellow employees. Attention to detail. Following all safety guidelines. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Physical requirements
Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. Be able to reach overhead. Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks. Be able to lift 60 lbs. of weight frequently throughout assigned workday. Equipment experience not required but is beneficial. Pre-employment drug screen required. .

Loader Operator

Job Summary
Must be able to accurately load customer and company trucks with correct product using various loaders & perform regular daily maintenance on different sized loaders, as well as completing other assigned tasks throughout the work day. Preference will be given to applicants with prior loader experience.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Good communication skills.
Works in an organized manner and works well in a team environment.
Ability to read and follow directions.
Understand and follow company safety policies.
Available weekends.
